After a horrible accident that left my phone screen cracked with the screen not responding to touch, I’m so grateful that I stumbled across this epic spot in the neighbourhood. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find somewhere that repairs screens the same day, but goodness, was I ever impressed. Firstly, Cedrik was so quick at responding to me, gave me a quote, and an estimated time of when the service would be complete. Everything went exactly as planned and my phone looks brand new. The energy at this shop is so light, kind and inviting. It’s great to know I’ll have a reliable spot (if ever needed) and worth the travel, even if you’re not nearby! Also, their cat is so cute that just sits in the chair near the door. 🥹🐈⬛🐈💗 10/10 service.

I had a bad experience a few weeks ago, but they have since made things right; for transparency this is a complete rewrite of a long, angry 1-star review. The original can still be found linked by the owner if you want the full context, but I think that it doesn't matter anymore, and it contained a lot of unfair representations based on my mood immediately afterwards. Those have no place here anymore based on my after-sale experience. In short, I contacted Reparation Tech because I needed a shattered phone screen repaired. Once they let me know that they received the parts that had to be ordered, I came in late afternoon after work to drop the phone. I was told it would take 2 hours max. However it ended up taking much longer, I wasted a lot of time taking the estimates at face value and staying around with nothing to do, and in the end the repair was botched with the covers and buttons poorly fitted together, the rumble function no longer working, and the screen protector I had also bought not installed until I pointed out it was missing. I left and wrote a scathing review based on that experience. Cédrik reached out to me that evening. Despite me being at that time in a bad mood, not open to discuss, and frankly impolite in my response, he was entirely professional and courteous. He owned up for everything that did go wrong, but also defended his and his staff's ethics and professionalism, and called out the unfairness of how I read this whole situation and their intentions. I went back when I had the free time to do so to have the warranty on their work honored, and everything was perfectly fixed in a timely manner. So yeah, I sincerely apologize for all previous accusations of incompetency and dishonesty. We're all human and we all mess up sometimes, and they did everything to make things right afterwards. My experience was no doubt atypical, even with the particular technician from the first time around, and all the perfect reviews here reflect the quality of the after-sale service I received, going above and beyond even for a less than pleasant customer! Prices are fair, and as long as you take estimates as such and not as deadlines, it's unlikely you'll be disappointed with their work. And even if it is not perfect, they will honor their promises and warranties.

Wow! I had a problem with my laptop and wasn't sure how to fix it, plus I didn't have the right tools to investigate. Cédric was super friendly and took care of everything. Super quickly, too! Highly recommend. Went because I needed my Switch fan and thermal paste replaced and I have a history of stripping the screws. Cédrik was quick to give me a call when I requested a quote via the website. Took 1 day and it’s been running with no issues. Shop itself is spacious, clean, and chill. Plus, there was a cat so that merits a 6 out of 5 stars.
