We’ve used Matt Valentine three times, which says less about Matt and more about the fact that for some unhinged reason we move every two years. And yet—every single time—Matt makes the process feel easy, sane, and dare I say… pleasant? He consistently finds us great deals, is incredibly responsive, and somehow manages to be professional and genuinely down-to-earth at the same time.
