Scheduling was easy. Prices were good. They did the entire house and garage in one day. Roof looks great. Hard to imagine it could have been any easier. These folks have done my home, and other friends and families homes. Highly recommend.
Upon interviewing 5 roofing companies, we choose Restoration Roofing. The job consisted of roof replacement and major structural repairs. Our decision was made due to their sales rep Alan Self, who provided the absolute best presentation of all roofing materials that would be used and how applied, in comparison to other roofing companies. Alan was very informative and answered all of our questions. The price was competitive with better quality products and service. The roof replacement and repairs went as planned with no problems. The crew were very polite, cleaned up and completed the job on time. Alan came by to inspect the finished product. This process went much better that we ever expected. Alan was always available to answer any questions. Upon completion of the roof, we have decided to again work with Alan on new gutter installation. We are very happy with our new roof and highly recommend Alan Self with Restoration Roofing!
Our home’s roof was pretty dark, almost black, and I did not realize how much life will be brought to it by choosing a different color! Richard’s color choice was perfect for our home, and I feel like it suits our house so much better. I highly recommend this business and highly recommend Richard!! So easy and helpful to work with!
Andrew oversaw my project. He was excellent! I had a very unfortunate experience with a roofer In 2020 who did what I thought was a full removal and install of the roof, vents and 3 new sky lights. I had leaks that winter and the roofer had never called me back. Several attempts at remediation over the years with different companies resulted in more “half fixes” that cost money, time and worry. I felt very confident with Andrew after he revealed to me what a terrible and dishonest job the previous roofer had done. I signed a contract for 3 new skylights to replace the three which had been on the house for over 30 years. After the new skylights were installed in 2020, i noticed leaks on one of them immediately. Paid to have it sealed twice. But leave it to Andrew… he got up there and took picture and revealed that the ORIGINAL FLASHING was still on all 3 skylights… the previous roofer had simply put on new glass lids and DID NOT replace the mounts. So dishonest! After consideration I chose to go with the best remediation possible vs trying to patch things up. The crew that did my roof was very polite that morning. Andrew kept me updated through the day pictures. They were finished by the time I got home and after maybe a month I haven’t seen one nail on the ground. I feel this company employees honest people with a much greater attention to detail than previous roofers/contractors I have worked with. The warranty and ability to pay over 12 months was perfect for me. I will be contracting them again this next year to do work on the other side of the roof and then maybe I’ll finally be able to enjoy a winter without a drip. Thank you again for your help and hard work!
From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. The salesman Andre made sure we knew and understood the options, helped us choose the perfect accent color and communicated throughout the process. Price was 1/3 the cost we were quoted by another company. The installation was done while we were at work and the yard was clean of debris. Install was flawless. Color looked fantastic against the brick and almost matched the garage door perfectly. We've had no issues at all with the limited rain we've had since they were out up, but we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
