If I could give this zero stars I would. Very nasty lady that works there. I lost my sister unexpectedly and needed a wreath made. I ask if she could make me one with a Sister banner and she said no. We do not make that here 😔😔 Well, you have wreaths hanging everywhere and it says can make special occasions wreaths just ask. Well, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO SHOP THERE EITHER 😭😭 VERY NASTY ATTITUDE
They help me last min everyone was so helpful I gave her my sons prom colors and they did a phenomenal job the colors was on point!! And they love it!!
I called this morning to order flowers for a colleague who lives just blocks away from the florist. While I hold no bias against individuals whose first language isn't English, the language barrier became quite challenging within the first minute of the call. Therefore, I politely ended the conversation.
I love this place. It’s Definitely my go to florist. Excellent customer service and amazing talent.Flowers are always fresh and beautiful.
This shop is very hit or miss. On multiple occasions I received flowers that wouldn't open because of the way they were stored prior to delivery. Sometimes they're broken, sometimes the petals are bruised and sometimes they forget to add the flower nutrient packet. You'll do better picking your own flowers at a grocery store.
