We have used Rhino Roofing (the real one, not the poser I almost accidentally called) and Juan Ceballos several times in two different houses and can’t say enough good about him, his company and his employees. When called, Juan comes as soon as possible to assess the situation whether it’s an emergency or not, and if a something doesn’t add up, he pursues it until he figures it out. He’s been a miracle worker twice now. Most recently, and because it was raining off an on, he did a patch to get us through until it was dry enough to replace the shoddy roof Winton put on our new house, and fix the drainage design flaws. He and his crew were careful to not disrupt our solar panels as well. I dealt with him on a commercial level for a large, cash poor church as well, and his repairs and/or work has never disappointed. In addition, if there is a problem, he guarantees his work and actually fixes it right away (which only happened once in the four times we have used him). If you need a patch or a new roof, you will not be disappointed if you call Juan and Rhino Roofing and Construction (again, not the posers Red Rhino). Excellent work. Very honest and reliable. Juan and his team explained the entire process to me. His team fixed the roof and the interior wall of my house. The price was very fair. Highly recommended.
Had a wet spot show up on the roof around 1 year or so ago. Called a roofer to check for problems. He suggested we do maintenance and that should take care of the problem. Paid the roofer $700 for the same. Total waste of time and money there. During a recent rain storm, the same wet spot on the roof got bigger and some water ran down the side of the wall. I started googling roofing companies and saw some excellent reviews for Rhino roofing. I called Rhino roofing and set up a time for an inspection the next morning. Juan stopped by the next day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided an estimate right away and even suggested an additional fix (included in estimate) that could become a problem down the road. Once we gave him the go ahead, his team, that was scheduled to start work the following day, called us and began work the same day instead. Hector and his team worked on the repair. Even though Hector is very young, his workmanship and dedication to get the job done right is way beyond his years. Hector is always looking for perfection in his work. As it turned out, the optional fix suggested by Juan, was actually a problem just waiting to surface. Getting it fixed proactively was a masterstroke from Juan for sure. Juan also instructed the team to redo the maintenance all over again and they did it the right way using mesh between the coats of tar to ensure the tar does not crack. To top it all off, Juan did not even charge us extra for doing/ re-doing the maintenance. Thank you TEAM RHINO ROOFING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Working with Rhino Roofing to replace our roof was a very professional experience. Juan explained in detail what they were going to do, when they would do it and how they were going to accomplish each task. Rhino's group of roofers were fabulous; they showed up on time every day and were very respectful of our neighbors--no music was played while they worked and starting early in the AM they didn't make more noise than necessary. They covered our pool to ensure no damage would occur. Juan took care of the claim paperwork with our insurance company. Service after the sale was fabulous, Juan has called more than once to ensure there are no issues and that we are happy. We've had rain a few times since the roof was installed and NO LEAKS!!! I HIGHLY recommend Rhino Roofing.
I discovered shingles blown onto my backyard from this past weekends high winds. Juan/Owner arrived promptly to inspect my roof and explained in detail the best option for the repair. The work was done two days before the actual set date and completed within an hour or so. I received before/after photos were provided to show the damage and completed work. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable, I saved paying my deductible and highly recommend before contacting your home insurance.
