From start to finish, Rhymes was a class act. When our 100 year old condominium building boiler went out in the winter, we decided to replace with individual HVAC systems. We considered multiple options - heat pumps and gas furnaces and ultimately selected a gas furnace option. Stephen was extremely detailed and found solutions during each phase of the process. We needed a solution in the smallest amount of space, and the craftsman ship and design of our unit truly was a masterpiece. The team installing our unit were most professional and cooperative. We Iook forward to working with Rhymes on servicing our unit for years to come. HIGHLY Recommend!

Rhymes is incredible. Start with the sales, Steve. Honest, thorough, creative, professional. Wow!! Then comes Stephen- we’re told the brains of the operation! Clearly a great and appropriate description. These 2 spent over 20 hours solving our complex problem BEFORE the sale. Then comes the installers ! What an amazing group of skilled, hard working, diligent and professionals. There are not enough good words to say about the entire team. They coat a bit more but you get what you pay for. So lucky to have found this magnificent group!

Everyone at Rhymes HVAC was wonderful. Steve the salesperson knew his products very well. We initially decided to go with a competitor, and a completely different kind of system, but came back to Rhymes after that failed spectacularly. Because Rhymes projected reliability, experience and long history versus the “shiny object” the competitors sold us on. We learned our lesson! Steve was more than helpful despite it all. The installers did a fantastic job installing our furnace and A/C, especially in a tight space, and cleaned up beautifully The office staff folks were pleasant and very customer service friendly. I would highly recommend Rhymes to everyone.
