We took the time to try on different sizes and price points, and she never once tried to steer me toward the biggest or most expensive option her focus was purely on what looked and felt best on my wrist. Her passion for what she does truly sets her apart, she even took time during her vacation to help secure my dream watch, which meant so much to me. Had a great experience while shopping for my first luxury watch at Richter & Phillips, while also browsing for a future engagement ring. Heather patiently assisted both me and my girlfriend with our search for the right watch and future engagement ring. She answered all our questions while applying no pressure to make a purchase. Tracy stepped in to help talk me through my buying process and solidified in my mind that the deal I was getting was a good one. I thank both of them and am very happy with my Omega Seamaster. I was on the hunt for a new watch for my wife, so I turned to Stephanie at Richter Phillips for help, and I am so glad that I did. I wanted to surprise my wife with her first luxury watch and with so many options out there, Stephanie helped me narrow down my search until we found the perfect piece. Amazing and dedicated staff, and stress free process. I used to visit Cincinnati monthly as part of my work and was recommended Richter and Phillips by colleagues. I had visited initially to look at watches and met Blake and Tracy who were both very welcoming. I learned that R & P not only sold watches but other jewellery as well, and was paired up with Heather who helped me on my journey to find the perfect engagement ring. Heather was professional, friendly and overall made the whole process exciting and easy, from initial consultation to meeting my now fiancée and showing her different options, to the finalisation of the purchase. I proposed to my fiancée in Tuscany this summer and she was absolutely thrilled with the ring that Heather helped facilitate. She wears it with joy and pride every day.
