10/10 We’ve been browsing around for my first bike at different places around town and none came close to the wonderful experience we had here! From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and given time to browse on our own. The kids enjoyed the small kid area, coloring Christmas theme sheets, which I appreciated to give me time to walk around without the kids being bored. Carlos Jimenez took time to get to know what I was looking for in a bike and helped me find something that I not only felt comfortable in but also really loved! He was very knowledgeable and personable and helped us get a great deal! We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely go back!
As a brand-new rider, my experience at Ride Now Power Sports in Fort Worth couldn’t have been better, thanks to my sales consultant, Tyler Danbom. When I first visited, I came armed with a full sheet of questions, and Tyler patiently answered every one of them. He even answered questions I didn’t know I had! His deep knowledge and genuine willingness to help immediately made me confident that he’d be the person I’d want to work with when I was ready to buy. I left that day fully informed about which bike suited me best, the features I wanted, the estimated cost, and even how everything operated on the bike. When I returned weeks later to make my purchase, I made a beeline straight to Tyler — my guy — and once again, he didn’t disappoint. The financing team also made the process smooth and fair, offering a great deal without all the usual back and forth. The gear department helped me get properly fitted for a helmet, and the service team took the time to walk me through maintenance and care tips to keep my new bike in top shape. As a first-time rider, I can’t thank Tyler and the Ride Now team enough — especially Tyler, for being an exceptional sales consultant who truly represents the Ride Now brand with professionalism, patience, and passion.
Stopped in to look at some Hondas today and Katie helped me out. She was very informative and fun to work with. I ended up buying a Honda CBR 600RR. The service was great and everyone was so nice. Ride now was very accommodating in all of my requests.
Katie was awesome! She helped my parents with their 2024 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 and found all the discounts and deals to help the. Get the best price. She was also so patient and helpful and at the end, felt like part of the family. Highly recommend her!
Katie Lansford was amazing! Everyone there was so wonderful. I got blessed with a new to me Goldwing that only had 969 miles on it! My Goldwing had the clutch go out and it was too old for them to service! What a blessing! God was watching out for me! I am thankful for this place.
