I brought in two designer puffer jackets for cleaning and was told I had to pay $120 in advance before any work was done. After 9 days, the jackets were returned stained, sticky, and completely flat. When I pointed it out, the employee told me the stains on the outside of my jacket were from my “dirty skin.” That was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage, I was told “I did my best” and that was it. No refund, no attempt to fix the issue, and no accountability. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend this place — even if the service were free.

Riff Tailoring did an amazing job with a bridesmaid dress I needed taken in and hemmed! Rita was so thoughtful and careful and readjusted and checked everything at least three times over before she was sure we had it right. Incredible attention to detail and everything was completed in a timely manner (even during a busy season)! Thank you so much to Rita (and everyone at Riff) for being so kind and making sure this dress was handled with so much care. It turned out perfectly!
