I came to RIM & TIRE NC looking for a used rim to mount a spare tire on for my van. My call was taken by Mr. Nahuel Rodrigo, and from the moment he answered the phone. He was so very kind polite and helpful. He put me on hold and went and looked for a 16 inch rim for my van and found one -a very nice one. I might add- and called me in and had my tire put on that rim and I was out the door from the first call to completed and on my way in 15 minutes. It was a very well put together shop no nonsense. Everyone’s in a very good spirit I would highly recommend going to this shop first before you shop around. I am very satisfied. thank you, Mr. Rodrigo.
Won’t ever do business here again. Just straight up thieves and liars. I bought someNitto Recon tires full set for $2000. I took them back because my truck would vibrate way too much especially for those specific which are meant to be really smooth hence the price. They told me the tires had a recall on them so I decided I wanted to swap them out since I haven’t used them at all. They gave me Toyo tires for 272 a tire so about a little over $1000 a full set . They then proceeded to charge me 475+ for each tire instead so I got charged 2000 ish dollars and they wouldn’t give a printed out receipt on the Set of Toyo Tires. I’m still waiting on the managers call after he told me he would call me back. But thank you Erika for your bad service. Won’t be coming back do not recommend
Ericka did a great job in helping me get a good deal and pick the best style of rims for my Chevy Tahoe. She was very patient and made the process of buying my rims and tires run smoothly. 10/10 Recommend. ❤️❤️🫶🏼
Went to see Shawn at Rim & Tire Warehouse after being told by several other Rim and Tires stores that they would have to special order what I needed and to be honest, none of them were helpful or seemed like they wanted my business. From the moment I walked into Rim & Tire Warehouse, Shawn helped me through the entire process, start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly! Everyone that works there is great! My new rims and tires look AMAZING and I am super pleased with the new look of my vehicle!! Didn't need to special order ANYTHING and they put them on my car right away. They also have a great selection to choose from. I will most definitely be back the next time I need tires and I will be referring Shawn to everyone I know!! Thanks guys, I'm a very happy customer!!!
