Our Event was Jan 24, 2026. Start to finish, it was a perfect experience. Their showroom is beautiful and eye opening to all kinds of decorative ideas. The staff were amazing in piecing together the look we were trying to achieve. The quote was amazing for what we rented. The drive through service was very fast, efficient, thorough and staff was very friendly and helpful in loading up the bins. The return was exactly the same. I would strongly recommend using River City Events for every type of function that can dream of hosting. Thank you everyone at River City Events!
We had such a wonderful experience with River City Events! From the very start, they made the process of selecting items for our wedding an absolute breeze. Their knowledge and eye for design really helped me visualize how everything would come together in our space. Even when we had a last-minute venue change, their communication and service were nothing short of stellar. Changing items and colours was so simple. Everything including pick up and delivery was handled so smoothly and professionally. I can’t thank Maranda and the team for helping to make our day look so beautiful and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Hosting an event at home? Only think River City Events! Everything was easy! We needed 24 plates and left with a full set of chairs, tables, linens and glasses and chargers. Our table looked so good and made the event. Plus all we did was rinse the dishes and fold up the linens. You go in, put in your order, drive through, pick up, and then drop off. Done. Like I’ll never think about trying to piece meal stuff with friends and family’s chairs etc. This was just the best.
River City Rentals — wow, what an operation. I’ve rented from the other big name in town and a few smaller ones, but these guys really know what they’re doing. Pulling in and out feels more like a car service centre than a rental facility, and the pick-up process—you have to see it to believe it. Check the video out. Everything was handled professionally over the phone. I didn’t ask about doing it fully online, but I’m pretty sure that’s an option. One of the staff who helped me over the phone a couple of times went out of her way to accommodate my rush requests. When I showed up, it was quick, smooth, and I was out the door. Beautiful.
River City Event Rentals was fantastic to work with. The staff provided outstanding service—very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. We attended one of their wedding events and received 15% off our rentals, which was a great bonus. Communication was excellent, everything arrived on time in clean, good condition, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend them for any event.
