⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the second time I’ve used River City Flooring—12 years apart and in two different Texas cities—and I couldn’t be happier! They installed the same flooring both times, and the quality and workmanship were just as excellent as I remembered. Oscar and his crew were very professional, did an awesome job, and finished right on time. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right really stand out. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such consistent excellence over the years. I would absolutely recommend River City Flooring to all my friends and family!
I cannot say enough awesome things about Jordan and his team!! From the start of setting the inital appointment, coming to the house to provide a quote, to the completion of the project everyone was pleasant and professional. Oscar went above and beyond by taking the new baseboards into the kitchen (where there was no new flooring going down) just to make the transition look perfect. This is my second time using River City Flooring and they did not dissapoint either time. They always provided amazing product, excellent customer service and quality installation!!
The process from start to finish for my family was great. When I initially called to inquire about floors Stephanie picked up the phone and answered all my questions. We were also impressed by how modern and succinct their showroom was with the flooring options displayed and actual samples available. Stephanie answered all of our questions about the floors and options. She was also able to give us a general estimate and schedule an actual estimate at our house. During the actual estimate Tyler was on time and answered all questions regarding options for our house. Throughout the process I really appreciated the professional communication of Stephanie and Tyler. I was impressed by how quickly I got the quote, their reply to my questions, and scheduling. To be transparent we also got quote 2 other flooring companies and 2 handymen. We felt comfortable with the fair price, quality of communication, transparency, and professionalism of the flooring installing with River City Flooring. When it came to the installation Tyler gave us dates and the timeframe which was accurate. The crew that installed did a great job, they kept things organized and cleared the dust and debris. The floor was leveled and no corners were cut for the stairs, trim and edges and complete installation. I’d describe the entire river city team and professional, approachable, responsive, having good communication, and honest.
We had a great experience with Jordan and his team. He was very helpful walking us through the consultation process and recommended what was right for our home. The installation process was timely, efficient, and very professional. We are so happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

Tyler was very responsive to every emailed question. The quote and contract process were super easy. When your installation team was here, they were hard at work day one. They kept us informed every step of the way. Very professional with everything. The floor and stairs look awesome! We will definitely recommend you to any one who asks! Update June 13 2025 We used RFC Hardwoods again for our bedroom, closet and family room update. They are so easy to work with. We already knew what we wanted so the ordering process was a breeze. They allowed us to buy the floor and stored it for about 2 months until we were ready to do the install. Everyone was so professional and polite. The Install Team was quick and really cleaned up afterward. They listened to what we wanted in regards to transitions. We couldn't be happier with everything! Thaks again Tyler and Team!
