We booked a 3 hour sunset boat cruise on the River City Queen for our wedding reception with close friends and family. Everything was perfect! Captain Jim and Elizabeth helped with booking, organizing the food, and booked a DJ (shout out DJ Wendell!). The whole crew was so professional and friendly! We loved it! Our guests loved it too and have talked about booking parties on the boat in the future. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you River City Queen crew!
We actually didn't dine on the boat, or have an event. We kind of invaded it for prom night yesterday, and OMG. Although we weren't paying customers, we were allowed by staff to let our boys and their dates take some awesome pictures. Then.... We met mister Reggie Calhoun! He was in the middle of working, and was actually trying to not interrupt our photos, which was so thoughtful and nice of him. We didn't want to disrupt HIM though. The boys were being silly and doing a quarterback pose when he came through and kindly sat back, although we didn't ask him to. We asked him if he wanted to be in a pic, and he went for! I'm going to attach it here. I cannot tell you how hilarious and awesome it was. Reggie is a GEM and we absolutely adore the picture we have him! You guys are lucky to have such an amazing, fun loving, and hardworking employee! I can't wait til I need to plan an event (graduation is coming soon!). Il absolutely be checking to see if Reggie is around! Thank you Reggie for being so awesome! You'll forever be a part of a core memory for these dudes! Who doesn't remember their senior prom? Thank you to everyone who let us meander around the boat, and even pointed out that we had seals for background in the shots! You're all amazing! Especially Reggie!
Had our company Christmas party here last night and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Everyone had a fantastic time and the staff on the boat made it perfect. The food was great.The views were fantastic, and they even had little heaters for all of us
Went for a birthday party, and it was lit.. Captain Jimmy was so nice and warm, the entire crew were amazing 👏🏿. We had a great time. They helped with cleaning up which was so nice! I highly recommend and would definitely come again!
Booked a private charter for our work team and had a great time. Captain Jim Haggerty and his team delivered a great 2 hour cruise with full bar, cheese, veggie and shrimp trays. Nice way to relax with the folks we spend most of our time with, unwind, share some laughs, and plan our next party. Give them a try.
