So far so good. They got my GSP in on an emergency surgery referral. She's not done yet but hopefully I have a good report. The surgeon was great in a consult before taking her back, as were thr techs.

The staff at Rivers were truly amazing. They were kind, compassionate & understanding with our sweet dog & us during the most difficult time at the end of his life. He was given kindness beyond my expectations & dignity. There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am & there aren't enough words to express how much I painfully miss him. A great and communicative clinic for pets. they take walk-ins through a digital appointment system, so you and your pet can wait in your car if there is a rush to be seen. they also will do regular appointments for the same pet over time, I think on Wednesdays. I brought my cat Tuesday there, and she basically thought she was attending some kind of party for her. she came home energized and cared for, UTI confirmed and antibiotics prescribed. The staff are very kind people with deep affection for our animal friends.

My recommendation for Rivers Veterinary for your pets needs as the process was very simple. When you arrive they have a UR code on the front door for you to scan to do the intake of information for your pets turn to be taken care. This option was better in my opinion to be able to spend the time in my vehicle with my furbaby. When it's your time they will text you when you are to enter the office. Rivers Veterinary staff was very warm and friendly during a very difficult time with my kitty. Though the outcome was difficult for me to handle my fur baby was taken care of and they explained all the information in a very empathetic way. Thank you to the staff for making a difficult situation into a peaceful goodbye.

Rivers has been amazing for the last 4 years we have been going. I have 3 hounds who seem to like the vet so much we end up going sometimes monthly… lol. All the doctors are amazing and each have different techniques, but at the end of the day their end goal is to help your pet. I have never been disappointed in the MANY times I’ve shown up. We saw Dr Niehaus last and as usual she was amazing. She never tried to rush anything and did a thorough exam on my dog and answered all of my questions! While I know I’m a crazy dog lady and I want to think they get annoyed with me.. lol, they always welcome me and always give 100 percent effort in everything they do. Thank you Rivers for always giving my 3 hounds the best care! If you ever think you’re not appreciated… please know, I appreciate you and all the hard work you do! ❤️
