Richard and his tax service company deserve more than a 5-star rating. His service is top-notch, and through the difficult challenges my family has faced over the past few years, he’s been incredibly helpful—guiding us as we caught up on our filings and got everything back on track. He’s extremely knowledgeable, genuinely cares, and always goes the extra mile to help. I’ve been going to him for years and will continue to do so. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else—he’s the one you can trust to get the job done right.
Beware. It’s worth the extra money to pay an actual CPA who went to school for this. RJ is the lip service king. I’ve never met someone Who loves like an attorney that didn’t go to school for it. Nickel and dimes you for everything. He’s late on filings. Then charges you to fix it. Absolute blasphemy. This man has accrued over $30K in late fee filings for us and wouldn’t even reimburse us our last invoice with him for “filing paperwork” for $500, that we found out later from the comptroller that month was never even filed. This dude is spread so thin. When I’m in his office I don’t know if I’m there for taxes, CBD oils and gummy’s? like I’m at a head shop?, cleaning products for his wife’s cleaning business, business cards for his landscaping business. Absolute insanity. Then when you call for an update on what’s going on bc the IRS is knocking at your door. He acts as if “you’re” the inconvenience. Then has the audacity to send an invoice to fix his mistakes on a filing job he gets paid monthly to do. It’s beyond me how he has 4.9 stars in our community. Crazy, crazy, crazy
Went to Richard for the first time last year, I was in the middle of divorce. Richard was knowledgeable and kind so I decided to go to him again this year. Richard, again was very nice and knowledgeable and yes I was trying to start my own business last year however I am now single and trying to start up I lost money and somehow he managed to charge me over $400 for doing my taxes. He said prices had gone up when the previous year he had charged us $350 mind you we were two and my ex husband made over 6 figures alone . This year was just me. I felt torn writing this review but after researching and calling around I realized he overcharged me. Will not be going back next year.
Filing taxes had always been something I've been anxious about, but Richard made it easy and simple for me! I'd always believed the process would be more draining and difficult, but it was smooth sailing with his help and I can't help but recommend him for those who are first timers with their taxes! He will keep you informed and answer any questions you might have. Definitely will come back as he's someone who will work with you!

He was in constant contact until the end. He made sure my taxes were in and accepted by the IRS. He answered any questions I had and made the process much smoother by handling everything efficiently and explaining things in a way I could understand.
