Terrible quality for the price you pay. I recently purchased the Muse 6 Drawer Chest which arrived on 21 January. Whilst I was looking forward to receiving this beautiful piece of furniture, it arrived assembled, in the box and completely damaged. Not to mention only 3 drawers working and able to fully open. I have contacted their customer service team to arrange for a new product however they have asked me to pay an additional $210 fee for the furniture to be delivered inside my house. An inconvenience to say the least when this wasn’t my fault to begin with. I am waiting to hear back from your team, RJ Living for a full refund and I will purchase my drawers elsewhere. Definitely not worth the $2,000 I paid. Do better!
I purchased the Oak Loop Dining Table from RJ Living and was so disappointed. First there was an issue with the table leg - it didn’t fit, as it hadn’t been cut properly, this caused delays getting a replacement. Then once we had the table within days it started marking — even with placemats and a tablecloth. A warm plate or even the natural oils from your fingertips leave permanent stains. It clearly hasn’t been sealed properly, making it completely impractical for everyday use. Even the dining chairs I purchased have subtle height differences, which is unacceptable for the price. Customer service was quick to offer a partial refund, but the overall quality doesn’t match the price . Beautiful marketing photos, but poor craftsmanship. I wouldn’t buy from RJ again. I purchased a sideboard a year or two ago and whilst I obviously love the design, I’m pretty disappointed that the doors don’t all align. When I emailed customer service asking them about this all I got was a generic email with a how to on adjusting the screws. This didn’t even solve the problem. I just wish they’d have sent someone to help adjust these given it came fully constructed and given the price I paid, I’d expect the doors to be aligned.

Ordered a chest of drawers, the drawers came uneven and didn’t click in right, 2 pieces had snapped off . They delivered another one and one of the drawers didn’t even open and the same part had fallen off. Terrible quality with a premium price tag. I want my money back, any all the packaging from 2 faulty products taken away. Such a head ache
