I took my MB GLC300 to RMS Auto to diagnose a smell I noticed when using the heater/AC. They were honest about not being able to recreate the issue and clearly explained their findings. They offered helpful feedback and suggested changing the filters based on my priorities, without any sales pressure or pushy recommendations. The complimentary drop-off and pick-up service made the experience extremely convenient. Their honesty, professionalism, and customer-first approach really stood out. I’ll absolutely be returning here for all my future auto service needs and highly recommend them.

The advisors are great, Azun, Pete, and Ashley know vehicles, the maintenance of them and what's required to professionally service them. They are easy to communicate, explain the process, follow up with recommendations and the estimated cost and schedule. Prices are competitive, scheduling is easy. The mechanics seem top notch. Experience Levels and mentorships ensure the job is done right. Even received a follow up call after the job to see how it's going. They've been in business a long time, like a root of the community, and they've figured out auto maintenance! I trust my Chevy and GMC trucks to them.
