thought this place would be good to buy rims and tires, after going in person they told me they would look for more rims and send me pictures because they couldn’t find a specific style i wanted. days go by and no pictures or messages so i put in a quote from the rnr website for specific rims and tires, get a call from them to come in and i ask the guy if he’s sure he can order me the rims and tires i specifically asked for, he tells me “yes sir but you need to come in to see what we can do” i go in, again they start trying to look for different rims and tires even though i put a quote for specific wheels and tires. decided to just give up and look at what they were trying to sell me, signed a contract and payed $250 down, a day after signing the contract i called rnr and explained i wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund, was told that it was okay but i would be charged $100 for “returning” rims even though they weren’t even in the store yet and i still told him it was ok and i didn't mind. told me by monday the refund would be submitted to the office and they would call me to go pick up my deposit, no call and i proceeded to call them on tuesday and a different employee mentioned that the refund had not been started. price was great, payment plans seemed reasonable but kept trying to sell me something slightly similar not what i was looking for.
today I went for a flat repair and Tony and Steven provided excellent customer service and mentioned to me about their payment program I recommend to come here in the future.
