Scheduled an appointment and they came out same day to repair a leaking water/ice valve behind my fridge. Angel, the repairmen, and the customer service office was extremely helpful and communicative. I wasn't home and they were able to access the property and fix the issue. Awesome service and will be using them again.

I just had my water main line replaced today, and I just wanted to leave an honest review and express my gratitude towards the job that was completed and the employees that did the work. Angel and Chance showed up on time and got right to work. They kept me informed each step of the process and showed me exactly what the issue was and how it would be fixed. They were punctual, professional, and personable. I was given different options as far as repairs go and was informed what each option entailed. Thank you for sending out solid employees to get the job done in a timely and professional manner.
Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! Chris, Roberto, and Joey from San Antonio Roadrunner Plumbing and Air were absolutely top-notch! They were professional, respectful, and got the job done at a very reasonable price. They replaced my AC coil, and now my air conditioner is working like new! Before finding them, I was stuck dealing with First American Home Warranty, and it was a nightmare. The contractor they sent out, Extreme Air Experts, was anything but expert. Total waste of time. I’m beyond grateful I found Roadrunner — they’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be using them for all my future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
