Every negative review on this place is true. The customer service and communication is poor. I was in contact with Taylor an office manager. The amount of times I called is ridiculous. Nothing is sincere. If you can’t find the part I need communicated that instead of wasting my time. I went there on Nov 11 it is the 29th still no tangible communication. Made it clear that the service needed to be made before Dec 1 for insurance to cover it. I might just go to claims court. If I knew they’d be so incompetent I could have gone else where.

The people here are genuinely so kind and caring. They comfort you when you’re stressed and make a tough situation-like dealing with insurance and paperwork- so much easier. Taylor was incredibly sweet and even helped me park my car on the street while I was waiting for my insurance. I don’t remember the names of the two gentlemen who helped me, but they took the time to explain everything so clearly. You can really tell that everyone here loves what they do and truly cares about their customers. Exceptional service and even better people! ❤️

Such an easy and pleasant experience!! Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. We got our car back sooner than anticipated and they definitely did a little extra cleaning which is much appreciated!!

These guys were awesome from beginning to end! Brad was so good, Ray and Lizzie they have a great team. I felt safe leaving my car… the my car looks brand spanking new!!!! I had big bullet holes in my car and they did that!!!

I brought my car in after it had been hit while parked. The damage was on the front-end driver side wheel well, panel, and bumper. The employees at Rocco's Collision were friendly, prompt, and kept me aware of updates on the repairs. I received my car within the expected time window. They gave me a run down of everything that was done and why. The damaged areas looked brand new and like there had been no damage at all. Overall, great service. Regarding the price, the estimates and final fee were as expected. I had to pay the deductible on my insurance. If I had to pay out of pocket, then the value was good for the time and quality of service.
