I went for a walk in appt and everyone was so nice from the receptionist to the tattoo artists. I only got 2 small tatts. Billy made sure they were small enough to my liking but also big enough so they age well, which I greatly appreciated (they are the professionals). He made me feel comfortable and was so nice. The shop was very clean and while I waited I watched other tattoo artists patiently work with others to make sure they get what they wanted. However, I was bummed because one review mentioned his warm hands but I never had the opportunity to experience this as he had gloves on (joking). Thanks again! I will definitely be back.
