Great experience dealing with Rocky Mountain RV and Marine. All of the staff was pleasant and informative from the time we walked in the door, till we left. Our salesman Ricky, was very helpful in finding us what we were looking for. Carlos did the walk through with us and made sure we understood how everything worked on our new rig (inside and out). He did an excellent job explaining everything. The process was not rushed at all - all of our questions were answered and Carlos' personality made it fun!! RC was also available to answer questions. We also met with Bianca for the final paperwork. She is very efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. She made the process of finalizing the paperwork less stressful. Again, NONE of the staff are pushy at all. That and the knowledge of all of the staff is why we are a return customer. I highly recommend RMRVM
For months, my husband and I did our homework, researching, making pros and cons lists, and visiting nearly every RV dealer in Albuquerque. At most of the dealerships, we felt like just another number rather than valued customers. He genuinely listened to what we wanted, asked the right questions, and guided us toward options that fit our family perfectly. That day, we fell in love with a 2026 travel trailer. We took our time, reviewed our list, and after a month of careful consideration, we went back to Ricky. To our surprise and delight, he remembered us instantly! His professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made the decision to purchase easy. From there, the entire Rocky Mountain RV team exceeded our expectations. Carlos Rodriguez gave us a detailed and incredibly friendly walkthrough of the trailer, patiently explaining everything we needed to know. Gray showed us how to properly use our hitch with the same level of professionalism and care. We finalized everything with Bianca McClaskey in finance, who made the process smooth and pleasant. From start to finish, every staff member was helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Their teamwork and genuine friendliness turned what could have been a stressful process into a truly enjoyable experience. We are so grateful to Ricky and the entire team at Rocky Mountain RV and Marine, and we highly recommend them to anyone. Whether it’s your very first trailer or you’re upgrading to something new.
