Initially, very helpful and knowledgeable staff for the sale. The selection and uniqueness of the jewelry is excellent. After that we ran into some problems. We purchased a wrap for an existing ring, and had them redo the gold on the existing ring being placed in the wrap. We also purchased the Service Contract, but even though the initial ring and the wrap are soldered together (making it 1 ring), they will not honor the Service Contract and will charge for all work on the ring (since it has to be done to both the wrap and the ring). We found this out quickly because when it came back from being sized and soldered they left the wrap connectors installed on the outside bottom of the ring (They should only be there until the wrap is soldered to the inserted ring). When we asked to have them removed, they insisted that they needed to charge us for re-polishing the ring. We had also purchased another ring at the same time. They actually did not size it correctly, which played a part in us deciding to return the ring. Then they wanted to charge double the restocking fee that is stated in their return policy. Had we not read it, we would have been out even more money. While we are happy with the ring (wrap) itself, the service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired.
Excellent shopping experience! Larry and Jacob were awesome. My husband was looking for a green-faced watch and he found just what he was looking for. Larry found discounts so the watch was a great price. Very pleasant to deal with. Hubby and I are so pleased!
Top notch customer service. I was in the market for a pair of lab created Diamond stud earrings for my wife. A coworker of mine suggested going to Rodgers and Hollands at the East Towne Mall. I was greated right away as I walked in the store. Danean helped me find the perfect pair of earrings. Not only was she super knowledgeable by answering all of my questions she was very friendly. She took her time with me and was not pushy at all. Shopping during the holidays can be stressful. Danean's put my mind at ease, and made my shopping experience a very positive one.
