One of the best or may be the best Jewelers in town. Arthur and the team is very knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. I went there to take care of the watch resized after watch people at Macy messed it up completely. Arthur went above and beyond to ensure the watch was not only resized the right way but also educated me that the folks at Macy had broken the links. The team here took of the watch on time for birthday gift. Can’t wait to come back and shop from them.
I had such a wonderful experience at Roger’s Jewelry! Marisa, Jordan, Cyndi, Kayla, Brian, and Arthur were all incredibly sweet and caring — they treated my family’s rings with so much attention and care. They even offered me a drink while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our rings came out sparkling and looking brand new! You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Exceptional Service from Arthur and the Perfect Birthday Gift! I had such a wonderful experience at Roger’s Jewelry Superstore while shopping for a birthday gift! Arthur helped me from start to finish, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the different jewelry options. Arthur took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect piece; a stunning necklace that made the birthday gift unforgettable. The quality is outstanding, and the presentation was beautiful. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days, but Arthur and the entire Roger’s team made me feel like a valued customer. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and recommending Roger’s Jewelry Superstore to friends and family!
I stopped by to get my watch cleaned (after spilling some soda on it) and have the battery replaced. Cyndi, Jordon, and Brian were awesome! They took care of everything super quickly, were incredibly friendly, and even adjusted the watch size for free. They also offer a military discount, which is a huge plus for me. Great service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!
!!!ASK FOR DIMOND CERTIFICATION!!!!! 7/26/25 I went into this jewelry store to buy an engagement ring that seemed perfect—good price, good quality. However, things quickly took a turn. When I was about to purchase the ring, I asked for the GIA certification to confirm the quality. They gave me the runaround, claiming they wouldn’t be able to provide it for a couple of days or weeks. Then, I asked for documentation stating the quality of the ring, but they refused to provide anything. Instead, they only offered a 30-day return policy in case I didn’t like it. That felt like a red flag to me. I continued to question them, and after some back and forth, the manager came forward and admitted that the ring I was looking at had been mis-labeled with a different tag, meaning it was actually a lower-quality ring than advertised. If I hadn’t asked for the GIA certification, I would have unknowingly bought a ring of much lower quality at a much higher price. No apology or effort was made to make things right. They simply asked if I still wanted it , I said no. …. “Ok” was there answer. I left feeling deceived and left questioning there credibility …will not be returning.
