Quaint little Italian market and restaurant in Inspirada neighborhood. You stand in line to order and pay for your food then seat yourself. Once your food is prepared they bring it to you. I had the lemon chicken, which I enjoyed very much. Portion size was perfect. Indulged in a slice of lemon cake for dessert that was light and moist. Residents in the community were regulars because the owner welcomed them by name. They had live music and that was a nice touch, too. Will definitely go back.
My friend and I went to this amazing restaurant today for lunch. It was our first time and will definitely not be our last. As soon as we entered, , we were warmly greeted and seated outside on their lovely patio. We both ordered linguine with white clam sauce, which was delicious. Also had the most wonderful focaccia bread made homemade & served warm. The service was exceptional & I cannot wait to return again soon! Don’t forget to try their gelato in a variety of flavors😋 You will love this place.
Very solid menu, some things stood out more than others. As a family we ordered the spinach arancini, regular cheese pizza, jalapeño poppers, and the seasonal exclusive pumpkin & pecan dish. Hands down the arancini was the best of our order. The cheese pizza was just ok, nothing impressive and floppy. The jalapeño poppers were very good, however on all the poppers, the entire jalapeño comes out on your first bite. The pumpkin & pecan dish was good but not great, almost an acquired taste. We'll try more items especially with high reviews the next time especially the sandwiches. Staff was very nice and the live music was great as well. A nice spot
Fantastic little neighborhood gem restaurant Cafe and ice cream shop. Fantastic selection of drinks candies ice cream for the kids that come to the playground nearby and when you have dinner here the great wine selection is almost without markup it's fantastic. The people who work here are all fabulous and so friendly. They only have a limited number of tables inside but a larger number of tables outside on both sides of the restaurant in a wonderful environment. And the live entertainment is usually Tuesday through Saturday or Wednesday through Saturday and you can say hi to Al he plays some really fun tunes and is always entertaining see the video.
I'm always searching for Italian bread so that I can make heros at home. When I saw the word deli I had hopes that I would actually be going to a deli and market. It's more of a small restaurant that makes sandwiches and that to me isn't really a deli. It's a cute place with a handful of tables and some outdoor seating. There are some cases with provisions but not a huge selection if you are looking for market or deli type stuff. I was able to buy 2 hero rolls but at 2 bucks each I won't be returning. If I was in the area or lived closer I would definitely try them as it looked good. My review is solely based on my experience looking for an actual deli or market. So for that 3 stars is all I can do.
