I am a returning customer to Romex as they are reasonably priced then their competitors and service is really good. All the techs are professional and courteous. Our last tech Ricky went above and beyond to address spiders inside the house too. Definitely recommend.
I’d like to take a moment to recognize our pest control technician, Joe. He delivered outstanding service during his visit. He arrived on time, completed a detailed inspection, and addressed every problem area with great care. He also shared practical advice for preventing future issues. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and dependable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his work and am very pleased with the service.
Let me preface this review with “I have been known to be called the “difficult” customer”. However, what I’ve learned is it’s important to share feedback with your service provider and allow them to respond. It has built some great relationships for me. I’ve been tough on these guys but they have always shown me grace and respect and now they have a LOYAL customer. Any time I have a concern and I reach out, they are here and handling my issue. No complaints, no excuses, just GOOD SERVICE. That’s hard to find nowadays. Thank you Romex for your patience and your professionalism.
