Because of a very favorable experience with Daryl and his Roof Medics team more than a year ago for repair of a small section of my roof, I contacted them again for repair of another problem that recently surfaced elsewhere on my roof. As before, Daryl came out to inspect and offered a reasonable estimate. This was a larger project than the first and supervised by his son Travis. It was completed over a few days with absolutely no mess left lying around each day. It looks great. A remarkable repeat experience and I have no hesitation to recommend.
The roof medics was excellent, we had them come out to address a leaking metal roof. They were able to offer a no cost quote. They handled the project in a timely manner, and we are happy with the quality of the work.
Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I contacted this company specifically for a roof leak repair on my two-story home and explained everything clearly upfront. The representative showed up without a ladder tall enough to inspect the roof, which should never happen for a roofing company especially one claiming “40 years” in the business. A second visit had to be scheduled. On that day, he tried to change the agreed-upon time for his own convenience. After finally inspecting the roof, he promised a quote by the next day but only pushed a full roof replacement when I was clear I only wanted the leak repaired. Then he asked again where the leak was, despite it already being explained. After that, I was completely ghosted. Poor communication, poor planning, and a complete waste of time. I would not trust this company with my home.
Over the years I've used Roof Medics several times on homes I've owned. They never disappoint. On time, on budget, no surprises, and the work is quality. Dependable and you do not worry about the results.
Roof Medics was very good to work with and very professional. They were efficient in their work and communicated well. My only (minor) complaint is there were some nails scattered about (they ran a magnet across the property to get the majority of them) and a scattering of small underlayment that wasn't cleaned up. However, I would 100% use them again and highly recommend them!
