My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Susan during our visit to Rooms To Go. She was phenomenal—professional, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Susan took the time to explain everything to us in detail, answered every question we had (and even the ones we didn’t know to ask!), and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. We’re a mixed family (I’m white, and my husband is Hispanic), and I want to highlight how warm, respectful, and genuine Susan was toward both of us. She treated us with such kindness and care—it really meant a lot. You can tell she truly loves helping people and takes pride in her work. If you’re shopping at Rooms To Go, ask for Susan! She’s 10 out of 10—actually, more like 20 out of 10. She made our day!
My wife bought a bedroom set and I missed them by 10 seconds. My fault. I called the store and explained what happened. The guys came back and had it all done within 5 minutes. Great job!!

The salesman, Johnathan, met my wife and I at the front door the moment we arrived. Very nice and extremely helpful. We were looking for a mattress with the “ just right” firmness. After checking out about 10-12 mattress’s we found it. And it was marked down in price. Then, my wife sit down just to rest and like the recliner so much she bought one. This is our second purchase from Rooms To Go in a couple of years. 5 stars to the salesman Johnathan. 5 star to Rooms To Go.
I have gotten almost all of my furniture here, including huge pictures for the walls. I REALLY love this place! Been going here for years! I cant say enough good things!
