My experience today was great! Martha was very thorough and patient. She is very knowledgeable and help us through the whole process. We encourage others if they are looking for furniture they need to see Martha because she is very professional and will answers all your questions.

Just purchased a couch at Rooms To Go. Anthony was great at helping me look for the perfect couch for my space. I described to Anthony what I was looking for and he took me to look at 4 selections. He nailed the 4 selections. It was exactly what I was looking for then decided on 1 of the 4 selections. All were gorgeous. Thank you Anthony for your customer service and patience. Really appreciate your support on the perfect selections you recommended that made my final choice easier.
Dwight was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with me as this was my first time actually shopping for a mattress that fits my lifestyle and my needs vs. fitting my budget, and he was able to make both fit!! I'm glad I stopped by. The picture is of a sofa I plan on going back for real soon!!
I made a recent purchase and my salesperson was a very nice man that was appropriately named Smiley. He greeted us at the door with a smile and handshake. I really dislike being followed around and feeling pressured. He did not do any of that. He gave us space and was easily available to answer any questions we had. We made our decision and check out was quick and easy. I have nothing negative to say, when you go to the Room Store find Smiley. He will guide you through the process and be most helpful along the way!
