Sharon our saleslady was absolutely wonderful. Took the time and patience to show us every chair in the store. Had to decide between two we really liked. She inquired about what we were matching to help us decide between the 2. Perfect choice!
The store was very busy, but that was okay. Terry made sure I was taken care of. When it came to me trying to make up my mind about what I wanted, Terry was very patient and still demonstrated great 100% customer service. Let's say, she did not leave me hanging or guessing about my questions and concerns. She was very informative to answer each question I had. I am very appreciative! I love the variety of furnitures! It was very nice to see and experience! If I could buy it all, I definitely would! Lol. Today, Rooms to Go won my business! Keep up the great work all!!
We had an exceptional experience, all thanks to Danielle. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in our purchase without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Danielle’s professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Customer service like this is hard to find, and she truly made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Upon entry into the store, we were greeted and given direction to help us find what we were looking for. Salespeople did not harass us or hover while we were looking which we appreciated. They were, however, readily available if we had any questions. We were debating between two different living room sets and we were offered that days deal to be frozen for up to 2 weeks in a digital cart while we made our decision. When the set was delivered, everything was clearly communicated. The delivery staff was polite, professional and thorough. We love our new living room set and we would recommend this business to others!
We had a dining set delivered in july. When my wife went to condition one of the seats she found a scuff that went through the leather on a corner. I called customer service and they told me it was covered because it was within the year and sent a technician out to evaluate it. So, the technician arrives and said it was clear delivery damaged took the photo and wondered why I didn’t just sent in the picture. I told him they wanted a technician to check it out. He said I would get a replacement if they couldn’t fix it. Now customer service said they aren’t fixing or replacing my damaged chair because I can’t prove it happened during the delivery. HORRIBLE customer service, never going to buy from there ever again.
