Roots Catering was the perfect choice for our wedding! We wanted something a little different from the traditional plated meal, and their station-style setup was exactly what we envisioned. Our guests loved having four unique stations to choose from, and the menu options were incredible - there was truly something for every palate. Everyone is still raving about how delicious the food was! Roots took care of everything from linens, cups, utensils, plates, and even cleanup, which made the night stress-free for us. They even nailed the custom cocktail I requested. Highly recommend!

She was incredibly attentive, made us feel taken care of, and worked with us to create a menu that felt so personal and unique to our day. The food was beyond amazing. So organized and on top of our very fluid and delayed program, which gave us such peace of mind. The wait staff went above and beyond (one even offered us their lighter when ours ran out!), which speaks volumes about their thoughtfulness and service.
