Can't say enough positive things about Sean and his team of installers at Roots. My furnace finally kicked the bucket and I was dreading getting a new one. Got a few quotes and Roots provided the best experience all the way around - from cost, thoroughness, installation, scheduling, speed, etc. The new furnace looks and works great. More than that, both Sean and the team of installers really took time to explain things to me and make sure I knew what was happening. I really feel like I put my trust in the right company and I seriously can't recommend Roots enough!
Outstanding company!!! After researching heating and cooling systems, I decided that American Standard offered the best option for our situation. Roots Heating and Air was a recommended dealer/installer. Using their website, I scheduled an appointment thinking that I might hear from them within a week or two. Instead, even though it was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, I received a text from one of the co-owners within minutes offering to help. The service and response only got better from there. Our new system was professionally installed by two very courteous individuals (thank you Mario and Jacob) who made every effort to ensure we were happy with our decision. I highly recommend this company.
Sean and his team at Roots Heating & Air are the best! They did an amazing job with a new AC and furnace install at our condo. They are friendly, professional and have reasonable prices.
