As first-time homebuyers, we knew absolutely nothing about the process and were honestly pretty intimidated. We wanted to find someone we felt super comfortable with -- someone who would hold our hand throughout the whole thing. We needed to be able to ask “stupid” questions and have things explained in detail (sometimes more than once!). Lauren fit the bill perfectly. She was incredibly approachable, kind, and patient, and she was always available when we needed her. She’s extremely knowledgeable about older homes and home maintenance, which was a huge plus for us. She met us where we were at, provided excellent guidance and recommendations without ever being pushy, and gently nudged us forward when we felt confused or overwhelmed. We ended up buying a house just a couple of months after meeting Lauren, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and supportive real estate agent!
