Went into this store for the first time, and was looking for a dress for a special occasion. Everyone working at this location on 10/16 around 4p was very kind and great conversationalists!
Honestly if I could give negative stars I would. Shopped there 2 weeks ago, bought a romper for $40. Wore it 1 time and the clip that adjusts the straps broke. Went to the store to exchange or something and they refused because the tag was off. Well yes I wore it one time but did I get my moneys worth in that 1 time? Absolutely not. Went to email the email that’s on their website, and it literally doesn’t exist lol. DO NOT SHOP HERE Cheap quality, even cheaper customer service
Rose & Remington is one of the best boutiques in Lexington! The selection is new every time I come in, there’s a huge clearance room, the store is clean, and it has some of the best and most helpful staff I’ve ever come across. Huge shoutout to Alisha, the manager, who is always in and ready to help me find what I need. Couldn’t recommend this store enough, especially for Keeneland outfits!
This store is stocked well and decorated beautifully. Sophia was super friendly and helpful! My sister found the perfect wedding guest dress here.
