I ordered my flowers from 1800 Flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. 1800 Flowers used local florist Rosebud Studio. My girlfriend was surprised to know that her neighbor informed her that her flowers were left outside the building in the dirt near the intercom. She was surprised because the delivery person did not contact her via intercom or her number that was indicated on the delivery instructions. I contacted Rosebud and spoke to the owner and all he wanted to do to solve this situation was to offer a 10% discount on my next order. To me that was not good enough because I order through 800 flowers so I would never order directly through Rosebud. I did not feel heard for the incompetence and laziness or the delivery driver. I contacted 800 flowers and told them they need to think twice about using this florist in the future after explaining my experience with them. Buyers beware

On May 9, 2025, I recieved a flower arrangement as a gift that was purchased and delivered from Rosebud Studio Florist. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find wilted and damaged flowers, which is completely unacceptable for a professional florist. Despite assurances from Presley that my concerns would be addressed, the business failed to follow through, leaving me with an arrangement that did not meet even basic quality standards. It's evident from other reviews that this is a recurring issue, and sadly, my experience aligns with those negative assessments. I had hoped for a resolution, but the lack of response and accountability from Presley at Rosebud Studio Florist has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I would caution anyone considering ordering from this florist, there are far better options that take pride in their service and product quality.
