Sergio is an outstanding plumber. He is extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took his time to properly diagnose an issue that a previous plumber couldn’t figure out, and he fixed it perfectly. His work was super neat and clean—he even cleaned everything afterward so well that it looked like no work had been done at all. I highly recommend Sergio and would absolutely give him 5 stars.

This is the best company if u want ur plumbing job done right. Dariel has been to our house twice and he is the best, he will go over and beyond, he cares to get the job done right, he is never in a hurry, he is patient and far from getting frustrated when he encounters some difficulty and because of his caring and love for what he does, at the end he finds a way to get the job done the right way. Very professional and courteous. We will always ask for him. Thank you Dariel for ur kindness and a job well done!
Luis Damian 4478 and Jerry 6379 were true professionals. They clearly know their work and demonstrated excellent customer service skills throughout the visit. I really appreciate their services and professionalism. However, I was informed by Roto-Rooter that they charge the same price any day of the week, including holidays, and I believe their pricing is on the higher side. I was charged $560 for cleaning the drain obstruction and $850 for running a camera inspection and without it they would not do the work which feels excessive for the scope of work.
Dariel #75 was excellent! Immediately understood our problem and explained how to fix it! He worked non stop to do our drainage. Friendly curteous & polite! We are so happy with his excellent work! Highly recommend & the company
