Axel was great!! Was on site within an hour of me calling - identified the issue and had everything replaced and working properly the next day. I’ve used roto rooter a few times and have always had a great experience with each tech. Definitely recommend!
Monday and Tuesday I had guys out to encapsulate my crawl space.In that process one of the workers cracked one of my pipes under my house in which they said they would handle getting repairs. Rota-Rooter is the company they finally were able to get to come out. I was told they would be here at 6:30pm, but the plumber didnt show up until 8:45pm. The plumber asked me if I had the water turned off not realizing he was talking about at the meter. As far as I knew the pipe that got cracked wasnt leaking no one told me anything as far as that. I told him it is. He noticeable got mad when he discovered the water wasnt turned off and spent the next 10 minutes scolding me. After he got done scolding me I took him to the water meter. He then proceeded to ask me if I had a T handle to turn the water off. Since when did I become to the plumber having to supply equipment?Isnt that something all should have in the business? I told him no and then the curse words starting flying out his mouth in the middle of the night. He told me to call my neighbor and ask them if they have one. I know darn well she doesnt plus she had already gone to bed. Here we sat at the meter with him trying to turn the water off with a wrench. He finally got it turned off. I went back in at this point because it’s not my job to do his job. I remained respectful through this time of interaction, but I can tell you for any plumbing needs that arise in the future on my dime I will not ever call Roto Rooter. If I ever have a company do anything under my house and they mess something up I will tell them to never call Roto Rooter. I know they have been around for decades but rudeness wont get customers
I’d give 6 stars for the team at Roto-Rooter if I could. I called at 10 am and Garret listened to our issue and promptly had a technician scheduled to come to the house by noon. Our tech Axel arrived on time and was understanding, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed and fixed our water problem in no time. Extremely pleased and satisfied from top to bottom. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. Thanks again!
