What a fantastic mix of karaoke, bowling, food, and arcade. Round 1 is surely the place to go if you want 1 of those 4. We arrived at around 12:30 on 1/11 to prepare for our son’s birthday party, and we got the tables ready and preparation went exactly as planned. The tables were very clean, the food we ordered (tater tots, French fries, chicken wings, cheese and pepperoni pizza) were very delicious. The arcade games were very entertaining for the kids. Best part? They’re very clean and the kids enjoyed it. Best part? The traditional arcade games you normally see aren’t the only ones. You’ve also got an area for their signature vending machines and Japanese arcade games. The kids enjoyed it so much, especially the diversity of the games. The staff? Oh my, the staff. Showed their hospitality to the whole next level. They were very nice, they got things done the right way, and they stepped up like they should. Our day at Round 1 was absolutely amazing. The kids had a fun time, and we enjoyed some of the best foods next to an arcade. The best 4-in-1 place ever. P.S. 5 stars, should’ve been 6

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I needed to warn anyone considering going here to run the other way. What was meant to be a fun day out with my kids quickly turned sour, starting with how damn expensive it is. Each game requires a significant number of credits to play when you don't even get many for what you pay. $30 worth of credits got us through less than 10 games, that is if they even worked! Some staff are willing to help but are limited by a manager that acts like his own pockets are being ran when you try and get a refund for games that didn't even work. Absolutely ridiculous, go to Dave and busters.

My first time visiting Round1 and I am impressed. They have video games 🎮, bowling 🎳, pool, food and drinks. They are much bigger than any Dave and Buster's I've visited. It's a fun atmosphere. You WILL spend some money here, it's not cheap by any means but you WILL have a good time though.

One of the biggest and best arcades I have ever been too!!! So many claw machines and I actually one something for the first time ever. The draft beer was good and also not bad priced.

I visited Round One two days in a row while in town with my God daughter. We purchased the card and points on the first day, and everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, and we had a great time playing the games. However, our second visit was disappointing. We brought my sister along to show her all the fun games we played the day before, but many of them were either broken or not working properly. The air hockey tables, for example, didn’t even have pucks available. We went to the front desk for help, and unfortunately, the experience there was frustrating. Rochelle and her team seemed uninterested in assisting us. There was no apology or acknowledgment of our concerns, and we waited about 5-6 minutes for someone to show up—only to be completely treated like a nuisance.
