Good collection/ reasonable price/ friendly service. Was planning for soda shopping at 4 different stores. This was our first stop and decided to buy the sofa here.

I've been going to Roy's for years - in fact when we were there getting a sofa, the salesman remembered one he sold us a decade ago. Their customer service is attentive but never pushy, they've got a wide selection that makes it easy to not feel like you're buying the same thing over and over again, and there's just no other place to find quality pieces that will actually last more than five seconds. Genuine Chicago pride for this place.

Quick update! Well it took way longer than I had expected but the couch was so well made and I definitely am happy that I got the extra wide. It is a little more firm than I thought it was going to be but that might change over time. Very happy with my purchase. I added some picture so you can see what it looks like. This was the design lab couch for reference. I'm on my third couch from Roy's and at this point I don't even know why I looked anywhere else. The first one that I got was over 20 years ago and I've been shopping there ever since..🙂 Mark is absolutely the best! He was so helpful and knowledgeable and extremely patient with my indecisiveness and all of my questions. I ended up using the design studio so that I could put together the perfect couch. They have a ton of color swatches to choose from. I also like that the protection program includes pet damage which none of the other places I looked at have. I was able to get a couch for under $2,000 that easily cost $3,000 or $3,500 at other furniture stores. The $100 delivery is also an amazing price. Every other place charges $250 and up. 🛋️

I am very happy with my new sleeper sofa from Roy’s. As someone who can be indecisive when making such a big purchase, I felt very confident in my choice of sofa style and fabric. I love that you even get to choose your own fabric for the accent pillows too, ensuring that they actually complement your space! I was quoted 8-12 weeks for delivery but it ended up being ready in about 6. It took me a couple weeks to arrange the removal of my old couch, but the delivery was so fast & easy, and I’ve been so happy with my new piece ever since! I can’t say enough good things about Roy’s. My dog loves it too!
