We hired this company to fix a leaking urinal, and it is still leaking. My plumbing inspector recently told me the urinal must be repaired properly. We already paid over $300 seven months ago for the same issue, and now we have to hire another company to fix what should have been resolved the first time. Very disappointing.
Don’t come here! Honestly, hate doing poor reviews for smaller companies but this place has terrible service. Requested services 2x back to back days, and was told someone would be coming out both days, and no one showed up. Also, terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. You guys should be ashamed to say you do business because you definitely don’t!
Worst service ever!! Put a claim in through my home warranty called and told the company what I needed done explained this to several workers several times what the job entailed. They send one person to come fix the issue then he tells me that it’s a two person job and that they would have to come back on Monday. Mind you this was on a Thursday the day before Fourth of July so I got it you know I understood that they couldn’t make it back out until Monday. I called my home warranty to see if they could assign another contractor they weren’t able to, but they went ahead and approved the job and they told me that they would be out Monday. I called today which is Monday. They tell me someone will be out between 10 AM and 1 PM 1 PM comes no one shows up then I call back and she says I’m the next job on the list here it is almost 230 still no one here. The company calls me and tells me that they’ll have to come out tomorrow that they had to call to get authorization to do the job. My home warranty company has already told me that they’ve approved the job when they came out last week, Thursday so now you’re lying because you knew when I called back at 1 o’clock that you all weren’t gonna make it today. Liars and worst customer service ever!!
Roy's plumbing fixed my hot water heater and sink at a reasonable price. I been using them for my repairs for 10 years. They do great work on time and leave every thing neat. Thank you Roy's plumbing!
