Worst rush I’ve ever been to, we will not be returning. We brought my son here for his 6th birthday thinking that since it was a MAXX, it would be larger and there would be more things to do. The soft play area is less than half the size of the other places. Lots of things in there were broken or damaged without repair. One of the two basketballs was flat in the court. The “sled” to ride down the slide had a rubber bottom and didn’t even work without you rocking back and forth all the way down. We lost the go cart card in a ball pit so I started searching the bottom for it only to find clumps of hair, bandaids and various amounts of trash. I was so grossed out I gave up immediately and sanitized my hands. We got there right at opening too, so when (if ever) do they clean and sanitize these things? The arcade was EXPENSIVE, for less than satisfactory prizes. One claw machine cost $4 for a single try! A lot of the games were offline too and didn’t work. Even the single candy prizes like 1 tootsie roll cost a whopping 10 tickets. The go carts were SLOW and boring. Maybe 5mph tops. My husband is 6’2” and couldn’t fit in one so he didn’t get to go. We didn’t check out the laser tag or bowling so I couldn’t leave an honest review on them. We weren’t willing to spend extra money to try them out. There is also no available water fountain on the premises. So bring water with you for your kiddos otherwise you’ll have to purchase some. My husband got the kids sweet tea from concession and one of my girls got sick in the bathroom after drinking it. But I can’t attest to the sweet tea being the entire reason she got sick, as my other two were fine after drinking it. All of the employees were unfriendly and lacked personality with the exception of the front counter lady. She was very nice and helpful. She allowed us to ride the go karts after we lost the card in the ball pit. She is the only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one. Just an overall bad experience for us. We will stick to our regular rush fun park on the northeast side of town from now on.
The place was honestly fantastic! Through my son's 8th birthday there with only a few friends, was able to do a walk-in party and set up my own decorations on whichever tables were available, I was having some problems with the website regarding booking a party but the manager I believe his name is Spencer he went above and beyond for me, comp'd All the bowling shoes for the kids and the soft play socks, really helped save some money! The pizza was great, only downfall is the pitchers of soda are only for the birthday parties so we had to buy individual drinks for like $3-4 each which the kids kind of barely touched with all that there is to do there so..... was it a little bit of a waste of money, yes, but I wanted them to have readily available drinks with all the running around they were doing upside to the drink situation is refills are free so if your kids are big drinkers or if adults want soda it could be a pretty good value. All in all I would recommend 10 out of 10 honestly I will be back with my man to have a fun time plus they have a great looking bar and a big margarita for only 8 bucks Frozen or liquid!!
Rush Maxx is a fantastic destination for a fun-filled day with friends and family. We had an amazing time, and I highly recommend getting the Maxx Pass if you enjoy Laser Tag, which was a blast! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, ensuring our experience was enjoyable. The food tasted great and was reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise. The venue caters to all ages, offering a wide range of activities to keep everyone entertained. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the entire facility. Rush Maxx exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to visit again soon. It's perfect for large groups and parties too!
Awesome for large group events! They have the best deals and the fastest times for getting the food out to people. They offer bumpers for all ages all you have to do is ask. Staff were very attentive and directed all guests to the event when we did not know where our event would be. They even put the logo on the lane display! Very fun place, but the prizes for the arcade are EXPENSIVE.
Located in Ingram Mall Lady at counter was nice. They have go cats, bowling, arcade, and soft area. Kids liked it. For adults they have a bar. I did not try the food although the pizza looked delicious(like Peter pipers) chicken wings looked good as well. The place is too spread out alot of dead space. Maybe it gets packed at night or weekend. Cute place to go I would recommend to a friend. you have to purchase their socks for 2 pair it came out to almost 11$
