Simon was great from start to finish . His quiet arrived quickly and the job was efficient and to good quality . His apprentice was a very hard worker !
We had Simon paint our kitchen after a refit. Simon was friendly and very flexible with scheduling around our kitchen refit, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the finished paintwork had what we felt were fundamental issues, including paint runs, painted door hinges, chips from tape removal, poor cutting in, and paint on new cabinets, flooring, tiles, plug sockets, and on the oven. The work did not look professionally done - I've posted a few examples. We raised our concerns and explained we didn’t feel comfortable having him return to fix things, given the overall quality of the initial job. Instead, we asked if he’d consider a price reduction and offered to send photos and videos of the various issues. Simon repeatedly insisted the issues were minor, despite ignoring our offer to send photos/videos of all the issues, and said he could come back and fix everything in an hour or so. He eventually told us to pay what we felt the job was worth. We proposed an amount which was agreed over the phone, and eventually settled on a reduced price. I'm not sure if this particular job was rushed given the other positive reviews, but unfortunately I can't recommend this company based on our experience.
