Really great experience. Very knowledgeable team with clear and regular updates — communication was spot on. They were honest about the repairs needed and everything was done perfectly. We even got a discount, and the car was cleaned inside and out on delivery. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience all throughout from start to finish! Daiquan was the first and last person to assist us, he made the process so smooth, he was understanding and made us feel so calm and collected after having our accident. He helped us understand the whole process by explaining every detail of what will occur. Stephanie called us and gave us updates about our car and was very pleasant each time! Thank you for also being accommodating on the weekends to pick up our car since we are out of state! Our car is running back to normal and looks just like it was brand new! The staff is all very extraordinary and excellent to work with!
Russ Ward Auto Body delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish on our 2024 Chevy Blazer EV (black). The quality of their work is exceptional, and my vehicle looks like new again. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—knowledgeable, communicative, and patient in answering my questions. She provided timely updates, explained everything clearly, and made the insurance process smooth and stress-free. Incredible service from start to finish. Charlene was very quick to respond with an estimate and thorough with all questions I had. I had body work done that was not related to an insurance claim, and the shop stayed true to the estimate. The paint on my trunk needed to be repaired and an aftermarket spoiler I had needed to be reinstalled. They fabricated holes to fit with the existing openings in the trunk lid and secure it. By just looking at it, you would think it was original with the car. Charlene said the work was more than expected (and the invoice showed it) but she was going to keep her word with the original price. I received frequent updates and photos of the work in progress. It turned out absolutely flawless. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and anticipating. My only regret is not bringing my car in sooner since I've been needing the work done. It took longer than originally expected, and they offered me a loaner vehicle (at no charge) for the inconvenience. I was able to coordinate alternate means of transportation, so I didn't need to, but the fact that they did was amazing. Once my car was ready, they even brought it to where I work since I wouldn't have been able to make it to the shop that day. If I ever need any future body work done, I will only ever bring my vehicle to Russ Ward. I will be sure to refer anyone who asks me for recommendations; you won't get any better when it comes to price, honesty, transparency, and quality. Normally with auto shops, you have to give up at least one of those, but not here.
We had an excellent experience with Russ Ward Auto Body after our company van was rear-ended. From start to finish, Charlene and her team went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They handled everything, including working directly with the insurance company, coordinating the loaner car rental, and managing the pickup, drop-off, and rental return. The communication was top-notch, and we always felt taken care of. The repair work on the van was flawless—it looked brand new when we got it back. Charlene and the team were professional, efficient, and a true pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend them for any future automotive repair needs. Thanks again for such great service!
