I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. I’ve been to many upscale restaurants around the world, but this place truly stands out. What makes the biggest difference is the staff — the servers are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming.
Came here for my anniversary and all of the staff made us feel so welcome and celebrated, everyone is so friendly. Very beautiful atmosphere amazing food Cece was awesome
We had a wonderful experience at Ruth’s Chris, and I have to specifically shout out the manager, Amber. She was absolutely phenomenal! So personable, kind, and genuinely warm. You can truly tell she loves what she does, and that energy shows in how she interacts with guests. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Amber went above and beyond to make our dinner feel special. My mom and I left feeling welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. Thank you, Amber, for such an exceptional experience… you’re a true asset to this location!
It can never go wrong. It’s a great steakhouse, and this location is great because it is surrounded by hotels. We ordered the Caesar salad that was fresh and served nicely, the 11 OZ filet that was flavorful but a little bit chewy, and for sides the creamed spinach and the gratin potatoes that were both average but still good. The service was polite and attentive a d the ambiance is really calm and quiet for a pleasant evening. Overall I recommend it a lot if you want a nice steak dinner
I throughly enjoyed my time. My experience was great as usual. I haven’t had a bad experience as of yet, however Haley was exceptional. I think she is by far the best server I’ve have had at any establishment.i was able to meet the manager such a pleasant person. I will revisit the LongBeach location and I will be sure to ask to be seated in Haley’s section!!!!
