I’ve been an online client of Ryan’s in the past and decided to come back for more training recently. I had gained a lot of extra weight and lost confidence in being able to handle it myself. I needed another level of accountability to help me reach some of the goals I had set. In a little less than three months, Ryan helped me lose 20lbs with an individual specific workout and nutrition plan as well as plenty of communication throughout the process. Ryan has weekly check-ins that help with accountability and discipline week in and week out. It was great to work with him again and would recommend his services to anyone. I can honestly say I look leaner, feel stronger and overall achieved a much healthier version of myself in a short period of time.
Ryan is the best. When I started with him about a year ago I was someone who had never really enjoyed exercise. In the past year I have seen HUGE changes in my muscle tone and general weight lifting capabilities and it is 100% due to Ryan. He is so knowledgeable and keeps track of everything so the mental load is off of you and you just have to do the workouts and enjoy the gains.
Ryan has been instrumental in my success. His knowledge and expertise help guide me not only with the workouts I needed but also my meal planning. The workouts were easy to follow and I love seeing my body change and he took all my weird food issues and made many meal plans for me that allowed me to increase my protein and keep my carbs low without feeling like I was starving! I recommend Ryan to everyone!
I'v been working with Ryan since I was 19 and I'll be turning 31 next month and I would not be in the shape I am today if it wasn't for him. Every time I need a new challenge, either physical or mental I know I can count on Ryan to push me and get me there, but to also support me along the way as well. He is very clean detailed with the workouts and nutrition, plus with the Training app is literally so easy to follow his trainings, each workout comes with a video explaining the motions and movements of the exercise. Also, I have only met Ryan once in person and all his training has been online, so if you need consistency and support from afar, he's your man! I've attached a before and after our recent program after I let a stressful job ruin my body, I asked Ryan to challenge me to get me back in the best shape in only 5 weeks & these were the results! 2% body fat loss that quick!
