At the recommendation of a friend after our cars sustained major hail damage in October, we took them to S&S to see how they could help. The before picture doesn’t fully show the amount of damage, but it was EXTENSIVE. I had literally just bought my car, it had less than 800 miles on it. Obviously, I was devastated. This was a BIG job, and I tell ya what, today I drove it away from the shop in the same pristine condition I drove it off the lot the day I bought it. They were personally FANTASTIC to work with, and they worked with our insurance to get the job done. They also worked on my husband’s 2024 Ram Laramie pickup, which also came home in pristine shape. A huge thank you especially to Jorge and Westin for their professionalism and attention to detail. Hail? What hail? It’s like it never even happened!
Where do I start...I don't really know a lot about painting a car, but I do know people. The owner (Joe) of S&S is first class all the way. I was looking to purchase a 69 Camaro, and I live in Virginia. I reached out to several paint shops to see if I could pay someone to go out and look at a car for me. Paint and body were the two most important things in order for me to purchase this car. None of the folks around were able to do it for one reason or another other but Joe said he’d be willing to drive out to the person’s house that was selling the car and look at it for me. I wanted to cover his expenses for gas for driving over to the car and to provide me with just a 10-15 minute review of the car so that I could have some sense of comfort in purchasing my dream car. Joe spent 45 minutes going through the car. He went underneath the car, looked at the frame, rear axle, drive shaft, trunk, inside, and examined the paint for trouble spots and imperfections. He called me immediately after, and we spoke for a good 40 minutes or longer about his thoughts on the car. He made it home in enough time for me to text him additional questions…which he answered almost immediately. He did all this, mind you, after working all day. He took over 80 pictures and videos. When it came time to pay Joe, he wasn’t having it, and it was clear to me after trying several times to get him to talk about it that I wasn’t going to win that battle. What do you say about a person who would do all of this for a complete stranger…what I would say is that this is a good person, and we could use more people like him. If he was willing to do all this for a complete stranger, I can’t imagine what he would do for an S&S Customer. Thank you, Joe, for being you!! Angelo
I have had the best experience with this body shop. I have to say I have not experienced such a great experience with anyone ever before. They worked with me and did everything they could to make sure that I had a great experience and helped me in anyway with the insurance company too. Weston Was amazing and helped me so much. Very pleasant, hard-working and he did everything he could to make sure my car was fixed the correct way. Thank you, Weston and S&S Body Shop for the great experience I’ve had working with you.
Very professional establishment! I would highly recommend S&S for your paint and body work! I was explained everything in detail by the receptionist and owner. I wasn't expecting to have my truck back so soon and get exceptional work done. My truck looks better than before, thank you to the paint and body crew!!!!
Highly Recommend S&S! Everyone was so nice & professional. I brought in my Explorer to have paint & a lot of body work done. Jorge was great & took care of everything with my insurance immediately. He kept me updated through the entire process & my vehicle looks great. If I ever need work done again, I will definitely be back! Support your local small businesses!
