Great experience with S Towing. The driver was very nice and caring while loading my truck onto the flatbed and truly helped make a bad day better. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.
I was stuck at my university due to my car not starting. I really appreciate Bobby he came to jump start my car, but he not only did that, but made sure to explain what other mechanic issues it looks like I was having. He also texted me the very next day to make sure I got him safe. Excellent and caring service!
The dispatch and driver were the rudest and most hostile people I have ever Dealt with. They do not speak English and do not communicate with you whatsoever. I had to drive my own car up onto the truck. Upon delivery, I was called and cussed out by the driver and the office. The driver threatened to take my car to the tow yard, instead of the address I listed. I would have rather pushed my car than dealt with this company. There are many options in San Diego. I highly suggest you shop other companies.
I highly recommend this tow company. My car died suddenly around 10 at night I didn’t want to wait for my insurance company to get me a tow because they are slow. I called this tow company and they came in 20 min and not only did he help push my car in the parking space at my house he came back a day later to tow it again to the dealership. The tow driver name is A Hadizadeh he was super helpful and it all cost me under $300. He wrote me a receipt to give to my insurance company. I uploaded it in the USAA app and they reimbursed me two days later. If anything happens again I’m going to make sure to use their services again. A Hadizadeh kindness made this stressful situation easier for me.
I highly recommend this towing service. I was able to call for same-day service and set my appointment time. Bobby let me know when he was on his way and he was right on time. He loaded my car quickly and towed it to the dealer and even took the responsibility for dropping my key in the after hours drop box so I didn’t have to make an extra trip. He sent me pictures of my car once he dropped it off. Great service. Trustworthy and quick.
