I always enjoy going here. The hygienists are second to none--knowledgeable and with great customer service. I told mine about my chemo-mouth and not only did he clean my teeth, but he gave me useful tips to combat my dry-mouth and inflamed gums. He showed great concern and gave great advice!
I highly recommend Sacramento Dentistry Group, everyone is always so polite and patient. Dr. Castro is the best! I've never had a bad experience. Anytime I needed to sort out my dental plan or make payment plans Rebekah is always so helpful making sure I underatand my plan and next steps. She'll go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service.
Such an amazing place! Want to give a special shoutout to Arash!!! He’s professional, patient, and overall a nice guy. The whole team is great and while I’ve been quite the patient throughout the years they are always there for me (again s/o to Arash for consistently caring for my case). Dr Karavan, Dr Castro and their team are the best ! I truly appreciate you all!
Dr Karavan and the entire team were wonderful. Had an urgent dental problem and they saw me within 24-48 hours. Website signup and appointment scheduling was easy to navigate. Digitized paperwork (thank goodness no clipboard with 20 pages of paperwork to manually fill out with a pen) was easy as well. Friendly staff in a pleasant location in Midtown Sacramento. Everything was clearly explained. Staff checked up on me every 10-15 minutes (water, pillow, comfort, blanket all overed). Everyone positive and I arrived early for my appointment so they saw me early. Great folks and yes they take DeltaCare and most insurances (not Medi-Cal). Artwork and music artfully done in the inside of the building. Thanks Dr K and SDG Team!
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Karavan and his team and I want to shout out a few of the staff that were able to help me along the way. From the first time I called and Evelyn answered, I felt like I was in good hands. She was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident that I’d chosen the right office. Olga and Jada were my team of hygienists and they made me feel at ease during the entire intake process. They were funny, helpful and able to answer my million and one questions. They made sure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Arash was able to jump in as well and assist with the scanning process and his demeanor was very calming and assuring. Dr. Karavan has really put together a solid team of caring people. He took the time to explain all of my available options and gave me peace of mind during what is usually a pretty stressful experience. Can’t recommend these folks enough. And last but not least, thank you Rebecca, for explaining the billing process and for making sure I left with a solid nugget of information that I won’t ever forget: PPO > HMO. Thank you again.
