I feel fortunate and privileged to have Phil Settles as my go-to acupuncture guru. Phil is very attentive as well as patient. His primary focus and end-goal is to achieve the best possible healing and overall wellness of his patients. Our hourly sessions are always productive, and I leave the center feeling better and better as time progresses.
I've been seeing Phil for 3 months, at first weekly and now every other week. My primary problem was lymphedema, but I had several other issues. After my first visit, I noticed a big difference in the swelling of my calves, ankles and feet. Subsequent visits only made the condition better. I'm so pleased that he was able to take care of that as well as my other issues. Thanks, Phil!
I met Mr. Phil Settles through a recommendation from the woman who runs global healing arts in Jackson ca. I called to make an appointment with her and was discouraged to find out she was booked out for months. She notified me that Phil will be starting to see patients in the Jackson location and referred me to him. A very short time later I was at my first appointment. Phil has been nothing but professional and I have been very satisfied with both my experience during the treatment as well as with the results that followed. The treatments are comfortable, soothing, mostly painless, and work very well for me. In adjunct to the treatment, I have been taking an herbal mixture per his recommendation and find that it works great with my body and mind. Since the first session up until now the results are consistent, and since starting I’ve had an underlying desire to improve my health in all aspects. Phil is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and inviting. As long as he is treating the Jackson area I wouldn’t recommend seeing anyone else. Only complaint is that I am unable to make it in to see him more frequently! If you are contemplating making your first appoint just go for it, I am very sure you will be thanking yourself afterwards!
Phil is knowledgeable and personable. He communicated everything he was thinking and why he was administering acupuncture the way he did. I felt safe and listening to. It was my first visit and I already feel relief. I have had my previous acupuncturist for over 20 years and when she retired, I never thought I would find another good one. Thank you, Phil!!
