Outstanding service was provided by both our drivers John and Doreen. They were punctual, and when they picked us up both the vehicles were beautiful and clean. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and we arrived at our venue without any incidents. Both John and Doreen were polite and courteous. They definitely are professional drivers, and it really shows that they love what they do.

We went to a fabulous birthday party for Jacques Pepins 90th birthday in Napa at the CIA. Of course, there was a lot of wonderful wine so I hired Marlin, from Sacramento Limo, to drive us. He was prompt, a wonderful conversationist and a great driver. He made our trip that much better. Highly recommend.

Jesse was one of the nicest and best drivers I have ever had in any limo service. He was kind, caring, considerate, and one of the best drivers ever. He was on time - actually a few minutes early each time we had his number we told him when we were ready and he was there immediately. Because of him, I will use this service again and again!

Anthony was prompt arriving at the hotel in a very nice town car to transport us to our wedding and then to the reception. He knew exactly where he was going and drove safely. The reason for the 3 stars is that we never once saw Anthony smile. He was very hesitant to respond to clarifying questions like, “You are scheduled to be with us until 6. Is that correct?” He seemed anxious to leave early once we arrived at our destination. It was such a special day for us. It would have been nice to have a driver who was a bit more engaging in light of the occasion.
